Ski Mountaineering Skills
If you’re looking for a course to strengthen your backcountry knowledge look no further. Unique to the industry the Ski Mountaineering Skills course will give you a solid foundation for making good decisions in the mountains.
The course will take place in Rogers Pass and/or the Rockies which allows participants to experience different snowpacks and terrain. Geared towards experienced backcountry skiers/riders that are looking to take their skills to the next level.
Over 5 days the following core areas will be covered
- Companion Rescue
- Routefinding
- Track setting
- Glacier Travel
- Rescue systems
- Navigation
- Trip planning
- Managing overlapping hazards in complex terrain

Price: $1100/person based on a minimum of 4 people
